It starts with handpicking strains with big-headed trichomes and a sandy, grainy texture for optimal quality. Harvesting begins with 65,000-70,000g of fresh frozen material. We cut small batches of flower at a time to ensure freezing within 25 minutes post-harvest. The material is frozen and washed in a temperate-stable room held at 42 degrees. Each wash processes 8,000-12,000g per run depending on the stain and density. We do four cycles per run typically. After freeze-drying our cold water hash, we press it into rosin using fully automated pure-pressure solventless extraction, ensuring a consistent, high-quality final product.
